REMEMBER you must post your completed Application Form to us to produce your ID Card, Applications CANNOT be submitted online.
If you are paying online, you must make payment before sending us your application.
PLEASE NOTE once a payment has been made, a refund of this cost cannot be made.

POSTED APPLICATIONS:
Standard application (10 working days) £17 or Urgent application (5 working days) £32.
Applications can be sent either direct to us by a secure method such as Signed For or Special Delivery to our address stated above. postage cost will need to be covered. Delivery timings start from when we receive your application by post and are dependent on your verifier being available to be contacted by phone at their place of work.
COLLECTED APPLICATIONS:
RAPID application (same day collection service – by appointment only) £50.

REPLACEMENT/UPGRADE (replace your lost card or upgrade to next age bracket) £14 Standard Delivery, £25 Urgent Delivery.
orStandard replacements are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Urgent replacements are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day before 1pm). Urgent replacements will require a signature upon receipt to accept delivery.
– PLEASE NOTE Upgrade cost is only if you have already held a My ID Card and we can confirm we hold your details on file. 18+ upgrades will NOT be dispatched until the day before you turn 18.
